- I am a wife, and a mother, sister, daughter, and Christian. I still have a lot to learn in this life, and God is teaching me new lessons every day! This is the space where I share the 'stuff' I make and the photos I take, a place where I've made wonderful friends, and also a sort of love letter to family and friends! I love tea and chocolate!

Ummmm .... I collect Carl books! I always give a Good Dog Carl book with a quilt to any new babies around my parts. Just helping to spread some positive spin about Rotties to a new generation :)
Oh my-we have so much in common! We've had rotties in the family (my in-laws had them before we did)for the past 22 plus years, over 16 years in our very own household. Duke for 13 1/2 years, and then our Rocco, now for 2 1/2 years. My daughter grew up with the Carl books, though most of them are at my in-laws-so I decided to start buying them for myself. I need to get more. Carl board books are a good idea! I need to do that. My favorite book when I was a kid was The Giant Jam Sandwich and now they make it in board book form, and I've been giving it for baby shower gifts and such.

We have read "The Giant Jam Sandwich" many times, thanks to your gifting!! My boys used to request it often!! Carl books would be great too! Love your summertime photos. Love dragonflies because of the the Gilmore Girls!!
LOVE these pictures!!! The sunflowers and the zinnia next to the canning jars are my faves:) I am looking for the blue canning jars whenever I go into a little antique place, just to use them for vases:) and...it is a BEAUTIFUL summer!
