(I feel it's very important to color coordinate bowl with fruit.)
because there are plenty more where these came from. They are just cute, little things, but they have a good flavor and are not mushy. That's more than I can say for some canteloupes I've eaten. And these are free for the taking from our garden. Ya can't beat that!
Like I said before-it's a good thing we love canteloupe!

Yuck!!! I dislike cateloupe very much! Tastes moldy to me. But you are entitled to your own opinion. Enjoy, you can eat my share.
Yummy Rockmelon! And free? I would love to see some more pictures of your veggie garden.
Oh, Jessie Kay-you don't know what you're missing! I will gladly eat your share.
Melissa-I wish they were called rockmelon here-much easier to spell! No-you don't want to see our garden-it's UGLY!
Yum! I just bought one today - we don't grow those in our garden - wish we did, I love them too.
Hey we will take the good, the bad and the ugly!
Yes -- I'd say it is a good thing. I love that oak chair -- I've always wanted a set of those. Maybe someday.
oh yum, feelng jealous. I tried growing melons last year and had no sucess at all! I wasn't gong to try this year, but perhaps now I will :)
Hanna-the secret must be 'neglect'. Because that's what we do! So you should give it a try. :)
Oh, yum! I met an elderly lady in the supermarket a few years ago who taught me how to select the best melons - you do it by smell, of course. But to have them in your own garden? Wonderful.
