On Saturday we had a graduation party/pig roast for our girl, at our home. Hubby-with the help of some friends-roasted a pig. I-ordered some food, made some food, and friends and family made food and helped us out. Thank you (you know who you are!), from the bottom of our hearts. We couldn't have done it without you! For hubby and me-this was a big job. We were both wiped on Sunday, but today-we are feeling much better-thank you God! I wanted to list what was on the menu-here-so I don't forget.
On the menu was:
plain pork, sweet and sour pork, and bbq pork
buns
potato salad
macaroni salad
Frito salad*
grape salad*
spicy pretzels*
puppy chow*
baked beans
green bean casserole
veggies and dip
fruit salad
sweet and sour smokies
bacon wrapped water chestnuts
stuffed jalapenos
relish tray
cookies
red velvet cake
coffee
iced tea
pop
water

And a wonderful party it was!!!! I am sooo glad I was able to come!!! I have had a wonderful 4th of July weekend, the best I have had in several years and you helped to start it off!! Thank you Holly!!

Yes, we had an awesome time too. The food was scrumptious. We were still talking about it Monday. It was SOOOO good. You and Larry did a great job!!!!! Thanks for having us. The boys loved seeing Rocco again too! And congrats again to Hope!
Yes, it was a wonderful party to celebrate Hope!! We were still talking about the food on Monday. Lori wanted your grape salad recipe so I got out your cookbook and she and Judy copies several of your recipes. Everything was delicious!!!!! You and Larry did an amazing job and we all had a great time. The boys really enjoyed seeing Rocco!
