| Jodie made me this plate (LOVE IT!) from a Goodwill plate and sharpies. Decorate the plate, then bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and that makes it permanent. She found the idea on Pinterest. I wouldn't eat off it though! |
I received tons more small (but fun!) gifts and also money for Christmas. We had a great Christmas and hope you did too!

I got a kindle fire for my birthday last year and LOVED it!! I just finished reading the "snow child" on it! It was really good!! I cant remember the author, but it was set in Alaska..You would be able to tell by the book previews!! LOVE your pretty cover too:) I am so glad you like my little gifts to you! and..that plate! I had NO idea you could do that...very cute!!!!
I got a Kindle Fire too, from my mom and dad! Still trying to figure it out. If you watch frugalgirls.com they post free ebooks you can download. What are you doing with yours? You're more tech savvy than me.
Jessie-I'm using it for the web and watching TV shows-like Lost-on it while in bed. I haven't read any books on it yet, but I'm sure I will!
