On Friday, I was at my sister's house. Every time I'm over there I notice how loose and wavy the first rug that I made my niece (the second rug I ever made) is. It bugged me, so I decided to bring it home with me, unravel it and crochet it back up-properly.
So that's what I did, and also she (the rug) now has a proper name-Rainbow. (The first 30 or 40 rugs I made were not named.)

I was wondering if you have an esty site? Do you ever sell any of your rugs? I love them and just moved into a cottage and think they would look great in my kitchen and laundry room. Kim

I have thought about opening an Etsy shop, but the cons for me outweigh the pros. Sure I'd like to make some extra money, but if I know myself (and I think I do), having a shop would just end up being a stressor in my life and I can live without that.
I'm flattered that people like my rugs, though!
Love those rugs - your color choices are so pretty,very cheery indeed. Don't blame you for not wanting to get into sales,however. It might just take all the joy out of making them.

Your rugs just make me smile EVERY day!!!! I LOVE the new and improved rainbow!! I wish I could sit and watch how you make these!! You are so good at them!!! Miss you! I am ALMOST off of orientation, so hopefully, I will see more of you:)))))
