Microwave mini mug cake that Jodie made. She used her heart shaped mug. I was tickled.

To make this mini cake-pour a dry white cake mix and a dry angel food cake mix in a ziploc baggie and mix it all together. (This will make lots of mini cakes!) Take 3 tablespoon of the dry cake mixture and 2 tablespoons of water-mix it up and pour it in a microwave-safe mug that's been sprayed with non-stick spray (or not-Jodie did not spray hers.) Microwave for around 1 minute and 30 seconds depending on your microwave. Jodie told me it was around 3 WW points. |

i didnt spray the mug....idk if you should...it did stick a little but, with the angel food cake(note...you are not to spray pan for that kind of cake)i am not sure if you shoudl....i should try both.....see what works best. jodie
