Oh, dear-oh, me-oh, my-that's what keeps going through my head!
I have a neighbor (and friend) that is very sick and in the hospital right now-I don't really know what's going on at the moment and I'm fretting. I don't like to fret! Anyhoo-there's always hope! I'm praying for a miracle for sure!
Speaking of hope-I had supper with my daughter (Hope) and my mom, last night. Hoper wanted to go to Mexican (as we call it), so that we did. It was so nice to see and talk to her. I think I saw her for only 15 minutes last week!
I can't tell you how many times a day that I think about how quickly the last 20 years have gone. I don't know if it's because we have always lived in the same house-but I always am picturing scenes from the past in my head as I sit in this house and always wonder how the years of raising my child have gone by so soon! (I know I'm not the only one that wonders that!) |

I'm sorry to hear about your friend....I'll hope for good news. And yes, I know exactly how you feel -- having lived in our same house for 20 years too. Where does the time go?
Jodie was telling me about your friend. I am so sorry, Holly. I HOPE too she will be okay. I'm glad you were able to have dinner with Hope! Even though my boys are young, I still think about not having them around down the road and time does fly by so quickly!! BOOHOO! On a good note, look at that sweet puppy!! Bella has a sore paw too and we have a cone on her head and she is driving us crazy. She won't leave it alone so we had no choice. She looks ridiculous!!
Best wishes for a speedy recovery for your friend, Holly..We have also lived in our home for 19 years..Time goes by so quickly. Once..3 kids lived here..the best dog ever..(Besides Lucy) They are all long gone...I am so happy to have little Zach...He keeps me busy. I think all of us Mama's just NEED to be NEEDED...XO-Michaelanne
I feel the same way about the last 20 years. I almost called you the other day. I was driving down a road here and there was a brief section of highway/woods that reminded me of a section of area we used to travel to come to your house. I was so homesick for a minute I almost cried! Weird how things pop in your head when you're not expecting it. I hope your neighbor is okay too, and Rocco too.
I knew I wasn't the only one that thought about such things!
Rhonda-call me anytime!
