For some reason, ever since I was a teen-I've had a love of soaps. I don't really know why-I suppose they evoke a sense of 'home'? Anyhow-I thought I'd share a few of mine, because I know I'm not the only one who loves soaps.
I bought the above 'bee & honey' soaps at Big Lots a while ago. I really liked the packaging. I recently opened one and the soap itself is pretty too! I don't like the smell though, but that's okay-I have them in a glass jar normally. My sister, Kim, gave me the little soap box for my birthday last year.
Here is a Mary Engelbreit soap. My friend, Dawnie gifted me a few of these bars. Again the packaging is so cute-and so is the soap-cherries!!! This soap smells good, which is a nice little bonus. My sister, Jodie, bought me the tin. And the soap dish is an Avon one that my friend picked me up at a yardsale years and years ago. (Oh, I forgot-I *heart* soap dishes too.)
Speaking of soap dishes-they hold more than just soap!
Here are some bath oil beads in an old jelly bean jar.
And finally the ultimate soap-BUTTON SOAPS. Avon sold these adorable guest soaps in the late 70's. (I looked it up.) I found these at a yard sale a few years ago. (Unfortunately, these smell like bad, bad aftershave-good thing they are so cute!) Soap shaped like buttons with packaging made to look like a spool of thread. Genius, I say!!!

oh, my! the button soap with tin is incredibly sweet!
I love the button soap -- so unique! Right now I'm obsessed with the Beekman Boys' soap. Unfortunately, it costs big bucks -- so it's not really for everyday use.
I love bee and honey soaps!! So inexpensive too.
I LOVE your soaps!! Love the button and spool! It is totally YOU! I think of you when I see pretty soaps. You display them so sweetly too!
Oh how adorable! I would keep those buttons regardless of the smell -too cute!
