Today during The Young and the Restless, Jacques and Julia, and part of As the World Turns-I made this ribbon wreath from my stash of grosgrain ribbon, pins and a foam wreath from Goodwill. (I buy foam wreaths cheap and ugly-then I strip them.)
I think I like it....very colorful-that's for sure.☺

I love it and I believe much of that ribbon came from me for gifties! I remember what I buy...usually.
Yepper, Kimmie-most of it was from you. Thanks!
can you tell i like colorful things!
I love this. What a fabulous idea....I was just sorting out my ribbons yesterday wondering what I was thinking when I bought them all. You have given me a reason. (And by the way, what's up on As the World Turns? I used to dutifully watch, but it's been a while. Do tell).
Yep, Kim, I can!
Jolly Bee-I don't watch all the time, but it really doesn't take long to catch up. The big thing-James Steinbeck is back from the dead-and get this-he has discovered this potion that makes people younger-and he has been using it on himself!
lol too funny re As the World Turns.
I have been keping my eye out for foam wreaths at the op shops here, no luck this year.
It does look very purdy!
Very pretty wreath!!! Did I tell you Adam got me a $50 gift certificate from Goodwill. I LOVE IT!!!!!!! What would we do without it? I could be the poster child/ or um poster old fart!!!
Oh, I'd cry if we didn't have Goodwill in our town!
you guys are tooo freaking funny
This is so lovely. I am use to seeing these with fabric, but I think that I like the ribbon even better. Wonderful colors, and great texture
Thanks, Heather. Love your blog!
Mom said they're having a 50% off sale today - I'm so jealous - our goodwill never does that! Love the wreath! I'd like to find some heart shaped foam wreaths for Valentine's Day
I love this wreath. I always have a lot of ribbon leftovers. I think I will try one for Valentine's Day.
