Random, everyday stuff

Random, everyday stuff is MY favorite thing to peruse on blogs and Flickr.  Here's some of mine.
I made some homemade noodles last night.  Hubby loves homemade noodles and so do I!

Here's a closeup of my awesome acrylic afghan from Goodwill.

Rag rugs on a ladder.

Sunlight streaming in-on a stack of softness.

Turquoise Goodwill donut phone-what's not to love about that?

I found this wooden peapod that I bought years ago at Goodwill-in the basement.  I love the thing, but I never knew what to do with it.  How about placing it on my dresser with some notions in it?  Sounds good to me.

When there is so much wood around, like there is in our house-pops of color are a welcome sight-to me at least.

I'm a big fan of red-haha!

The sky is incredibly blue today here in Western PA.  This photo is straight out of the camera.  I didn't even resize it.

Straight out of the camera for this one too.

I hope you have a beautiful day!

Love those blue skies! I agree with you about pops of color in a bland wood-filled house :-) I've never made homemade noodles before - need to try that because I love them too!

Love the blue skies too!!! I need to make those noodles; they looks delish! Love your notions and pictures and your beautiful ladder o' rugs! Your afghan is very colorful and those notions are adorable in the pea pod! Love your turqoise phone and stacks of pillows. I LOVE pillows and they are everywhere here. Nothing says comfy like pillows! Your fan is sweet too and so is the picture of Hope! Love your random day!!!

I love to make homemade chicken and noodles. Looks good. I soooooo dig that phone! It's so awesome! I would have a hissy if I ever saw cool things like that at goodwill. Maybe I just don't get my eyes open enough! Love you're finds.

You are making me want homemade noodles! That would sound so good for dinner tonight....If only I didn't have to trudge off to work today. That sky is amazing -- it seems like it's been so long since we've seen blue like that.
