I made these criss-cross coasters following this wonderful tutorial from Allsorts. I've actually made a lot more than these, but I gave them away and didn't take any pictures-(who knew I'd have a blog-not me.) The coaster with strawberries on it was a practice one, I think. (That strawberry sitting beside it is a little felt box that strawberry earrings came in from Avon. I like fruit for some weird reason.)
The one with the bunnies and bears is one of a pair I made for my niece. I swiped this when I was over at her house. (I'll bring it back, I promise, Jess! I'm sure you are missing it.) hehe
I like to make stuff. Can you tell???

Wow-you really make me almost want to sew!!! I actually dug out some fabric scraps today after I checked out the link. I think I could actually do this, but I would be so depressed if I messed it up!!! LOL
If I can do it, anyone can do it. And I definitely messed up a few times.

I'm one you gave them away too. Thank you by the way so I'll just inform everyone how much I love mine. I have one by my rocking chair and use it every single day. It has strawberries on it. Any time I see fruity fabrics I think of you. I mean that in a good way.
Yes-I'm fruity. That must be why I like fruity things!
