I like lilacs




Especially ones that I planted with my own hands eight to ten years ago.  (Although, very sloppily-I was really very surprised they lived.)

These are blooming later this year than last. (They're actually not in full bloom yet.)  I checked and they were in full bloom April 21st, last year.  (Hey-the ol' blog is good for something-like keeping track of'stuff.)

    Those flowers are beautiful! I am just like you. I always cut them and fill vases or containers all over the house!

    My lilacs are no where near ready to bloom yet. Cold and rain here -- I need a little more sun and warmth, I think. They are my favorite flower EVER.
