Summer sandwich

Summer Sandwich

::Toast two slices of bread
::Spread a touch o' butter on one slice
::Spread Miracle Whip (or mayo) on the other
::Add cucumber slices
::Next, add tomato slices
::Salt and pepper to taste
::Sit back, relax, and enjoy summer on a sandwich

    I'm mostly a Miracle Whip girl. I like that tangy zip. But I like mayo too!

    The PERFECT sandwich. My grandmother used to make cucumber sandwiches. Cukes, butter and salt and pepper. Nothing says 'summer' like a cuke sandwich. And...since I'm a HUGE lover of tomatoes, I (like you) add them to my creation.
