T-shirt potholder

T-shirts from the 29 cent rack at Goodwill.
I cut out 2 1/2 x 6 inch rectangles to make "loopers". Then I made a potholder with my loom like when I was a kid. The loopers were pretty thick, so I placed them on every other tine.
Voilá a potholder. By my calculations I'll need 24 of these to make a rug. Wish me luck.☺

I followed the instructions to make the loopers on the Craftsanity website.
