Random

My friend, Rhonda sent me this photo yesterday.  She took it on Saturday-she said she thought of me when she saw this heart.  I took a photo almost exactly like it on Sunday  Funny, don't you think?  Thanks, Rhonda.  I *heart* you!

I feel a little funny framing one of my own photos-but I really love this one!

Okay-I guess I'm actually getting over feeling funny, because I've ordered some more prints of my own photos. I just really like to look at my local landmarks, I guess. I'm realizing I live in a such beautiful place!

(This is actually a canvas-I ordered an unstretched canvas by mistake-I wanted a stretched one. (I'm sorry, Melissa-I wanted a stretched one for you too.) It worked out okay, though, because I had a square picture that I was tired of, so I just took off the back, took out the picture and the glass, stuck the canvas in and put the back, back on. I like things framed without the glass-no glare!)

That love stamp is too pretty to put on a bill-but it's all I had!

This Kodak Instamatic is from Goodwill-I think I paid a quarter for it-but I have no film or flash cube-it's just sitting around being cute!

I scrubbed my keyboard today because, well, it was time.

I better get my tetanus booster soon!

There that's better.

I feel like a new woman!

Rocco's just resting before it's time to...

breakdance!

Hey-there's me and my shadow!

He's such a good dog.  :)

Have a great day, everybody!

Your blog makes me so happy!!! You see beauty in the simplest things that we sometimes, or alot of the times, take for granted. I am trying to be more like you, but I sure do have a long, long, long ways to go. I love your tree picture it's like it's pointing to you which direction you need to go in life. Wish it was that easy! Still trying to figure it all out.
Love ya!

Nice post- I agree with Jessie's comments. It's a gift to see beauty in the so called everyday world.
Keep on keeping on, Holly!
And the tree photo is beautiful.

Diddo above. We all need to be more like you and find beauty in the everyday!! Doesn't a verse say, "Be contented with what you have." I think you are the epitome of that!
