Green is good

(These little figurines come from Red Rose tea.)

Shelling peas is so FUN!

I love Betty Smith!  As far as I know, she only wrote four books.   She's gone-I wish there were more!

Hello, pretty green Pyrex!  My aunt gave these to me-thank you to Aunt Charolette!

I really love swatch portraits.  The person that came up with this idea was a genius!

This little guy says Nursery Needs on his back.  I thought he was for comforting baby with his ticking, but no-after googling, it looks like this is Tommy the time out teacher timer.  I bought him a few years ago at a yard sale-just because he was cute.  Oh, Tommy-where were you when I needed you?

John Deere colors!

I love my red, for sure, but green is good too!

Happy Thursday!  (This is Thursday, isn't it?)

I must read "A Tree Grows In Brooklyn" one of these days....It looks like you have a collector's edition there. My mom drinks ONLY Red Rose tea. She handed over about 300 figurines to my kids when they were little to play with.
